Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Dutch speaker (mandatory / critical)

  • Strong communication skills (client-facing role, small local team environment)
  • EUC / Workplace support experience (junior to medior level)
  • Comfortable working independently onsite
  • Experience with ticket-driven IT support environments (assume standard ITSM tools like ServiceNow-type systems)

Notes:

  • Kyndryl or similar L2/L3 support available in the background
  • No specific tooling confirmed yet - assume standard Windows / M365 workplace environment
