Role purpose: Own and optimize business-critical applications by aligning functional requirements with technical delivery, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvement, and high user satisfaction. - Act as the primary functional owner for assigned applications, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories. - Manage application lifecycle activities, including configuration, releases, upgrades, and decommissioning planning. - Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements, resolve incidents, and meet SLAs. - Maintain application documentation, process maps, and functional specifications to support auditability and knowledge transfer. - Monitor performance, usage, and data quality; drive continuous improvement and standardization. - Support change management, user communication, and training to increase adoption and reduce operational risk. Required skills and experience - Strong functional analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, prioritization, and stakeholder management. - Experience with application support and delivery in an ITIL/Service Management environment. - Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams; effective communication and documentation. - Understanding of integration concepts, data flows, and access/role management. - Comfortable working with vendors, release planning, and testing (UAT) coordination. - Reliable application performance, reduced incidents, and timely delivery of enhancements. - Clear requirements, traceable decisions, an...
