Job description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for analysing operational and product data generated by our platforms, delivering actionable insights to improve product performance, customer outcomes, and business strategy.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with real-world data, building dashboards, and supporting AI/ML pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse workforce management and IoT sensor data including scheduling patterns, task completion rates, and field team performance metrics

Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Python, SQL, and Power BI (or equivalent tools)

Produce regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for internal stakeholders and external clients

Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for use in AI inference pipelines

Evaluate AI model outputs and provide statistical analysis to validate accuracy and identify improvements

Define and track KPIs related to product usage, customer engagement, and operational efficiency

Present findings and recommendations to the Director and development team
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Essential:

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline

Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases

Experience building dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)

Understanding of statistical methods and data modelling techniques

Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desirable:

Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Familiarity with AI/ML model evaluation and validation

Experience working with IoT or time-series data

Knowledge of data pipeline tools (Airflow, dbt, or similar)

Experience in a startup or small company environment
