Machine Learning Engineer

• Strong background in machine learning and/ or computer vision

• PhD preferred (Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Mathematics, Physics, or related field)

• Evidence of rigorous thinking through research, publications, or technically demanding projects

• Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimisation, including working with real-world datasets

• Familiarity with building or supporting ML pipelines, from experimentation through to deployment

• Understanding of performance trade-offs (e.g. speed vs accuracy vs robustness)

• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-ownership environment
