As a Data Engineer, you will report directly to the Lead Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines. Your expertise will ensure data availability, quality, and performance, supporting key analytics and operational decision-making. - Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science, Insight, and Governance teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Governance & Compliance: Implement data governance and security standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify risks and ensure ongoing enhancement of data engineering processes.
- Lifecycle Management: Monitor the data pipeline lifecycle from design to post-deployment performance analysis.
- Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on industry trends to continuously enhance data engineering capabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
