Job description

As an IT Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations across the business. You'll be the first point of contact for basic technical issues and help ensure systems run smoothly., * Providing first-line IT support to staff across the business

  • Setting up new user accounts, laptops, and equipment
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with system updates, maintenance, and backups
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
  • Maintaining IT documentation and asset registers
  • Assisting with helpdesk tickets
  • Assisting senior IT with more complex issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * A keen interest in IT and technology

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a helpful, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to confidently communicate with internal staff at all levels, remotely and in person
  • Previous experience in an IT support or admin role (desirable but not essential)
