Job description

  • Supporting and optimising the Workday system (HCM, Talent, Compensation, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting issues across reporting, dashboards, and integrations
  • Running audits and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting system upgrades, releases, and testing
  • Working closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners
  • Turning business needs into practical system solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * 2+ years hands-on Workday experience

  • Background in HRIS / HR systems / Workday support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Confident working with stakeholders across the business
  • Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems, not just maintaining them
