This role involves working closely with field staff to support and innovate with new technology and devices. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, problem management, and providing end-user support throughout. A strong "customer first" attitude is essential. Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Desktop products including Windows, SharePoint, MS Office Suite (online), and MS Teams - 5 Years
• Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and managing desktop, laptop, and wireless devices - 5 Years
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups - 5 Years
• Experience with help desk request tracking and reporting tools - 5 Years
• Strong customer service skills with a "customer first" attitude - 5 Years

Desired Skills:

• Ability to provide computer training for field staff
• Knowledge of computer/mobile device applications in an enterprise environment
• Experience with creating training documentation
