As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled IT Technician / IT Specialist who will serve as the backbone of our technology operations. Keeping our systems, people, and workflows running without interruption.

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on technical support for computers, software, printers, phones, and office equipment across the organization.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain user accounts, devices, and company-wide systems.
  • Manage software updates, system maintenance, and routine cybersecurity best practices to keep company data secure.
  • Maintain accurate IT records, manage equipment inventory, and handle support request tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party IT support partners when escalation or specialized assistance is required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a closely related technical role.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Windows environments, Microsoft Office Suite, networking fundamentals, and common business applications.
  • Clear, patient communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
