Business Services Tech-Level 1 - Associate

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Services Tech-Level 1 Associate to join their Juno Beach office. In this role, you will support accounting and procurement functions, focusing on purchase order creation, vendor issue resolution, and month-end activities. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals (0-5 years) to build foundational skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders with a focus on commercial content and risk mitigation
• Process Work Cycles and MR 11 transactions accurately
• Support the Jira service desk and respond to urgent requests
• Perform month-end activities and resolve vendor issues
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with peers, customers, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Business Management, IT, Accounts Payable, and the Integrated Supply Chain
• Maintain compliance with company SOX controls and procedures, and participate in special projects as needed

• 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or another administrative finance function
• General understanding of Procurement and Accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments

Preferred Skills

• SAP experience is a plus, This role offers a standard 40-hour work week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with eligibility for worker furlough in alignment with select national holidays. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment with exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
