Oracle Fusion PaaS Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion PaaS Technical Lead to support and lead Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS/PaaS) AMS (Application Management Services) initiatives. This role will act as the highest technical escalation point, ensuring production stability, managing complex integrations, and driving continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as L3 support for critical incidents, performance issues, and complex production challenges
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore technical teams
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, coding standards, and best practices
• Manage and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, BI/OTBI reports, and PaaS extensions
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, presenting solutions and improvements

• 15+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM)
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, JSON, XML
• Advanced SQL/PLSQL skills
• Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting
• Hands-on experience with VBCS, PaaS extensions, PCS/OPA
• Experience with HDL and FBDI data loading tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AMS / Production Support models
• Automation experience using Python/Bash scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
