Job description
Design and deliver large-scale virtual events (town halls, webinars, executive broadcasts) using Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Responsible for end-to-end setup including AV hardware, network optimization, and live event execution for global audiences., Configure and manage Teams/Zoom webinars, town halls, and live events Design and set up AV infrastructure (cameras, mics, switchers, encoding systems) Optimize network performance for high-quality streaming Run live events (multi-speaker coordination, switching, troubleshooting) Conduct rehearsals and ensure backup/failover readiness
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom events Knowledge of audio/video systems and live streaming Understanding of networking (bandwidth, latency, QoS) Experience with tools like OBS/vMix or hardware switchers Preferred: Experience with large global events Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID or enterprise IT environments, Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Mast…
