Job description
- Support, administer, and manage PingIdentity CIAM platforms, including PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingAuthorize, in production and non production environments.
- Implement and support authentication and authorization solutions using industry standard protocols such as SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Configure and maintain federation integrations for internal and external applications, ensuring secure access for customers and partners.
- Work extensively with XML, RESTful APIs, and standard integration patterns to enable seamless CIAM integrations.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Perl for operational tasks, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
- Support and troubleshoot Java based IAM integrations, including identifying performance issues and resolving authentication/authorization failures.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to PingIdentity services.
- Collaborate with application teams, architects, and security stakeholders to design and implement IAM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and platform enhancements across PingIdentity components.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, * Strong hands on experience with the PingIdentity suite, including PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingAuthorize.
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and CIAM architectures.
- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards, such as SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Experience working with XML configurations and REST based integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Shell and Perl, for automation and support activities.
- Working knowledge of Java, particularly in the context of IAM integrations and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting IAM platforms in enterprise or large scale environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a client facing, fast paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CIAM use cases such as customer onboarding, MFA, SSO, and API security.
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid IAM deployments.
- Prior experience in BFSI or large regulated environments.
