What You'll Do:

Drive Digital Product Experience: Execute daily product data updates within eCommerce platforms for international partner sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Manage Product Data Lifecycle: Build, update, and deliver comprehensive product data for new collections, special releases, and major launches.

Ensure On-Time Delivery: Maintain meticulous product and asset trackers, proactively identifying and resolving missing data or assets with internal teams to guarantee timely partner delivery.

Develop Digital Site Strategies: Construct and manage detailed digital site plans encompassing homepage content, product listing pages, special features, and marketing campaigns.

Oversee Content Delivery: Ensure all planned digital content is delivered accurately and on schedule, aligning with brand and merchandising strategies.

Support Global Launches: Facilitate new product launches and site updates by meticulously tracking data, content, and asset readiness.

Communicate & Adapt: Provide regular status updates, proactively surface potential risks with actionable solutions, and skillfully adapt priorities as business needs evolve.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work effectively with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or a closely related field.

Demonstrated expertise in data management and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail.

Proven ability to expertly manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly, proactively, and in a structured manner.

Experience utilizing CRM platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), and various analytics tools.

A track record of successful collaboration within cross-functional teams.
