As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and built to last ., * Design and implement scalable cloud, server, and network infrastructure

• Act as the top escalation point for complex system issues
• Drive root cause analysis and long-term remediation strategies
• Standardize environments across clients for consistency and scalability
• Build automation for provisioning, patching, and configuration
• Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards (HIPAA/SOC2)
• Collaborate across support, architecture, and project teams

• Deep expertise in Azure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system environments
• Experience working in MSP or multi-client infrastructures
• Hands-on automation or scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
• Proven ability to drive root cause resolution-not just quick fixes
