Job description
· Manage weekly/monthly IT health reports for clients.
· Track and maintain licenses for clients.
· Assist with server, network, security systems and other hardware deployments.
· Monitor network and platform security and performance.
· Assist with trouble tickets on ticketing system.
· Assist with Office365, EntraID, and Intune deployments and administration.
· Perform routine maintenance and standard repairs to networking and server systems.
· Install and configure new hardware and software systems.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, · 1-2 years of experience with desktop and server operating systems
· 1-2 years of basic Office 365 administration experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Advanced customer service skills
· Project and task management experience
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Works well both independently and in teams
· Must have own vehicle
· Detail Oriented
