Automation Test Engineer

We are setting up a new Scrum team to build a payment gateway systems from scratch. As part of this team, we are looking for a Automation Test Engineer to come on board and take ownership of the testing function for this project. As the Automation Test Engineer, you will take care of all Test Strategies, end-to-end testing through to documentation and hand over. Testing will be very much at both UI and API level meaning you will be involved in UI Functional Automation and API automation tests. As the Automation Test Engineer you will work closely with developers, designers, product owner and other stakeholders executing automated test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating the bug fixes. Also you should have a strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA life cycle and automation methodology., * Design solutions for Quality Processes, Testing & Automation Strategies and Test Execution Systems.

• Review requirements, evaluate and implement the automation scripts following the methodologies and tools selected.
• Create test progress summary/reports for project managers and senior management.
• Creating and maintaining test frameworks for UI and API.
• Creating and executing JSON based REST API tests automated way.
• Creating test UI automation frame work using selenium, Java, Java script, C#, Cucumber
• Build test deployment pipeline using Jenkins.
• Build progressive regression test automation suite.
• Support automated testing process by scoping and independently implementing or leading framework extension projects.
• Collaborate with the rest of the teams to define and implement best practices.

Do you have experience in Test automation?, * 3-5 years of intensive test automation development experience.

• Working Experience with some of the next technologies: Atlassian Stack (JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo, Confluence), Appium, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Gherkin, Mac OSX, Windows, iOS, Android, Swift, AWS, Docker
• Experience with test automation and frameworks using Keyword, data driven and Business functions
• Experience of developing test automation framework in Java, Java script, C# using Cucumber.
• Cross browser testing on the cloud such as SauceLabs or similar
• Mobile devices/simulators testing using the test automation frameworks using Appium or similar.
• Should have work experience in AGILE project teams.
• Working experience with BDD methodology.
• Experience in working with continuous integration environment/project and have good knowledge of GIT and Jenkins. Should be able to configure automation scripts with Jenkins.
• Should have knowledge and Experience with Back End automation for SOAP And REST services (API and webservices).
• Should have a good working knowledge of SQL and database structures.

*Experience in working Mobile lab environments such as (Perfecto, Experitest-SeeTest, MobileLabs)

• Knowledge & Experience on JIRA tool is a must
• Automating mobile application testing across multiple Internet browsers.
• Should be able to create new automation framework and not just adding scripts to existing framework.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-effort, dynamic work environment
