Role: Senior AI & Automation Architect SpecialistSpace: Pharmaceutical / Digital TransformationLocation: Barkshire, Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)Compensation: £60 - 80k Base + Bonus + Car Allowance Interested in joining a growing team driving AI adoption and automation across a European business environment? Meet is currently partnered with a well-established pharmaceutical organisation looking to expand its AI and digital capabilities within their European IT function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving environment where AI initiatives are already gaining significant traction across the business. The role will focus on developing practical AI and automation solutions, supporting stakeholders across Europe and helping shape how modern AI technologies are embedded into day-to-day operations. Expectations:Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities across multiple functionsDevelop AI-driven workflows, automations and digital solutions using Microsoft technologies and modern AI toolingSupport the rollout and adoption of AI initiatives across European affiliatesBuild scripts, prompts and technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experienceCreate clear documentation, user guidance and technical reporting around delivered solutionsPartner with internal users to understand challenges, gather requirements and implement scalable solutionsSupport wider enterprise applications and digital platforms where requiredContribute ideas around process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Requirements:Strong background in software development, applications, automation or technical solution deliveryHands-on experience working with Microsoft AI technologies, Copilot and automation platformsExperience building practical solutions in fast-paced business environmentsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working within regulated industries with an understanding of governance and data management principlesComfortable writing scripts, developing automations and supporting AI-focused initiatives end-to-endStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and bring forward new ideasPrevious experience within pharmaceutical or other regulated environments would be highly beneficial Nice to have:Experience supporting enterprise platforms and business-critical applicationsExposure to AI governance, operational AI or digital transformation projectsExperience working across international teams or European business functionsVendor management or third-party technology exposureBackground in process improvement, workflow optimisation or automation strategy Please apply above if interested and connect with the hiring manager!
