Job description
The QA Analyst will support the testing of our ERP environments (Navision 2013 and Dynamics 365 F&O and related integrations with PLM, Salesforce, and Analytics. This role focuses on executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality of enterprise applications. The QA Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate system functionality and ensure business requirements are met. What You'll Do
- Execute testing for all ERP platforms across Finance and SCM modules
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Support test data setup and environment coordination
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to business users
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
- Assist in test automation efforts where applicable
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, * Experience in quality assurance and software testing, preferably with Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems
- Basic understanding of Finance (GL, AP, AR) and/or SCM processes (procurement, inventory, sales, warehousing)
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA)
- Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within QA and enterprise systems
Benefits & conditions
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110,000 - 130,000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
