Job description
As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will ensure the health, performance, and security of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems through proactive monitoring, alerting, and reporting. You ll develop automated workflows, build dashboards and enterprise reports, and translate IAM activity into actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders. Your work directly supports compliance initiatives and operational excellence by producing structured documentation and audit-ready reporting. You ll collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve IAM processes and security outcomes., * Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Graph API
- Create dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Monitor IAM systems and deliver regular performance, usage, and security reporting
- Implement alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies and maintain system health
- Document IAM monitoring and reporting requirements for audit readiness
- Collaborate across technical and business teams to improve IAM processes and reporting
- Support internal and external regulatory compliance through structured documentation and reporting
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Deep experience building and operating IAM monitoring and reporting capabilities
- Experience collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., audit/compliance)
- A proven track record of automating processes to improve security visibility and operational efficiency
Requirements
Do you have experience in Regulatory compliance?, * 10+ years in IAM, plus 5+ years in programming/scripting, and 3+ years in reporting tools
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Power Automate)
- Proficiency with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric for reporting and visualization
- Working knowledge of compliance and audit frameworks
- Strong IAM expertise with Azure AD and role-based access control (RBAC), app role assignments, and credential lifecycle management
Other Skills:
- Familiarity with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, or SailPoint
- Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- SQL and data analytics tooling (e.g., Tableau, AWS Athena, Splunk)
- Understanding of VPN, SAML, and IAM federation concepts
- Certifications such as CISA or CRISC (plus)
