Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills, paramount in a remote role. Experience with SAP Basis system administration and troubleshooting (RCA determination) including: Installation, configuration, and upgrade of SAP systems - experience with one of more of: S/4HANA, GTS, MDG, GRC, Cloud Connector, BODS, BOBJ, Solution Manager, and SLT Client administration (copy, export/import, refresh). SAP kernel upgrades, support packages and enhancement pack installations. SAP SUM and SWPM administration. Nice-to-have skills: Operating in an SAP RISE NS2 scenario.
