SAP BRIM / FICA Functional Consultant

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM / FICA Functional Consultant to support the UBOS program. This role involves functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post go-live support for SAP S/4HANA BRIM and FICA modules. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver functional design and configuration for SAP BRIM and FICA (payments, dunning, collections, CI/GL integration)
• Lead functional testing, review scripts, validate results, and resolve defects
• Support data mapping, conversion, and migration activities
• Assist in cutover planning and go-live readiness
• Maintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress tracking
• Provide post go-live support including monitoring payment interfaces and resolving issues
• Collaborate with technical teams on BRF+, event framework, and integrations
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting requirements
• Develop detailed functional/technical documentation, test plans, and reports
• Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience as a SAP BRIM Functional Analyst (CI/FICA)

• At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Strong knowledge of FICA processes (payments, dunning, collections, open items, CI/GL integration)
• Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA enhancements
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or ALM tools
• Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP BRIM experience
• SAP S/4HANA BRIM Certifications (BR230/BR234)
• Experience with SAP enterprise implementations
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Equivalent experience may be considered
