- Architect high-performance data platforms that balance scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval across modern cloud environments
- Implement data validation, monitoring, and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Analyze and interpret data to generate insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making
- Empower internal teams with robust data models, metrics, and business intelligence capabilities
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, factoring in constraints and scalability needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to deliver enterprise-wide data solutions
- Perform data modeling and prepare datasets for downstream analytics and reporting tools
- Champion data as a strategic enterprise asset by promoting best practices and standards
- Contribute to system data standards, governance, and documentation
- Research and implement innovative and automated approaches to improve platform efficiency
- Design systems that meet requirements for performance, scalability, high availability, recoverability, and security
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across project teams
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including SQL, data warehousing, and cloud-based data platforms
- 2+ years of experience in a project lead or supervisory role (preferred)
- Strong expertise in Databricks and modern data ecosystem tools, including:
- Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Delta Lake and Delta Live Tables
- AWS S3 and cloud storage patterns
- Columnar formats such as Parquet
- AWS Glue and data pipeline orchestration
- Experience designing and implementing lakehouse architectures
- Strong systems analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Solid understanding of data modeling and database design for analytics
- Experience working in regulated environments (financial services experience is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and influence technical direction
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments, * Data Engineering : 1 year (Preferred)
