Job description
This is a hybrid position - you'll split your time between remote helpdesk support and scheduled on-site visits to client locations across South Florida. If you enjoy variety, client interaction, and hands-on work without being on the road every day, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Triage and resolve helpdesk tickets remotely via HaloPSA
- Provide remote desktop and application support to end users across our client base
- Perform scheduled on-site visits for deployments, break/fix, and client relationship support (typically a few times per week)
- Deploy and configure workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals
- Work within NinjaRMM to monitor, manage, and remediate endpoints
- Maintain accurate client documentation in Hudu
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while owning tickets through resolution
- Represent Level5 professionally in all client interactions
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Only those with at least 1 year of MSP service experience will be considered for this position., * 1-3 years of experience in an MSP or IT helpdesk environment preferred
- Proficiency with Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with RMM or PSA tools is a strong plus
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Must be based in or immediately surrounding Boca Raton (Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach) - no relocation assistance provided
- Strong written and verbal communication - you're supporting clients both remotely and in person, * Must have at least 3+ years of Network Engineer level II or III in an MSP environment.
- Must have experience responding to service calls, troubleshooting, and repairing issues independently.
- Must be willing to work remotely at customer locations or Data Centers for on-site service calls.
- Microsoft Windows Server - All versions
- Microsoft Azure
- Extensive Microsoft 365 experience
- Extensive experience with networks and subnetting.
- Extensive experience working with physical and virtual servers, firewalls, switches and VPN
- Must have experience with setting up, developing and maintaining computer networks within an organization or between organizations.
- Must be a creative thinker and be able to design, implement and manage full network infrastructures., * Computer networking: 5 years (Required)

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
