Desktop Support Technician

The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient and effective desktop operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and assisting with IT-related tasks., Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the Help Desk team to escalate complex problems
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory
• Assist with Active Directory management and user account setup
• Conduct computer management tasks such as imaging and deployment
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection measures

Do you have experience in Windows?, Proficiency in Windows operating systems

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with IT ticketing systems like Remedy
• Familiarity with SCCM for software deployment and updates
• Strong communication skills to interact with users at all levels
• Understanding of computer hardware setup and configuration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Nice-to-have: Experience in managing Active Directory accounts
