Job description

  • End User Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, deploy workstations, assist users
  • Account Management: Password resets, MFA support, group access
  • Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive troubleshooting
  • Device Support: Intune provisioning, application installs
  • Printers: Install, troubleshoot queues and connectivity
  • Networking: Basic connectivity and VPN troubleshooting
  • Ticketing: Document, update, and escalate tickets properly

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Required:

  • 0-2 years IT support experience
  • Basic Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:

  • Intune or endpoint management experience
  • Active Directory / Entra ID familiarity
  • CompTIA A+ or similar
