Job description
- End User Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, deploy workstations, assist users
- Account Management: Password resets, MFA support, group access
- Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive troubleshooting
- Device Support: Intune provisioning, application installs
- Printers: Install, troubleshoot queues and connectivity
- Networking: Basic connectivity and VPN troubleshooting
- Ticketing: Document, update, and escalate tickets properly
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Required:
- 0-2 years IT support experience
- Basic Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Intune or endpoint management experience
- Active Directory / Entra ID familiarity
- CompTIA A+ or similar
