Job description

This role combines enterprise architecture leadership with deep functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP S/4HANA Payroll & Time Management.

The architects will ensure that client HR technology ecosystem is scalable, compliant, cloud-aligned, and tightly integrated with enterprise platforms such as Finance, Procurement, and Analytics., These roles are responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end HRIS architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with:

  • Global HR operations
  • Regulatory and payroll compliance across regions
  • Talent management and workforce transformation initiatives
  • Enterprise architecture standards (Clean Core, API-first, cloud-first)

The architect will act as a strategic advisor to HR, IT leadership, and business stakeholders, translating HR vision into sustainable SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Architecture & Solution Design
  • Design and deliver end-to-end SAP HRIS architectures across:

o SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Talent, Recruiting, Learning)

o SAP HCM (on-prem / hybrid)

o SAP S/4HANA Payroll & Time Management

  • Define target-state architecture aligned to SAP Clean Core principles
  • Lead fit-gap analysis and solution blueprinting
  • Architect integrations using:

o SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)

o SAP PI/PO (legacy where applicable)

o APIs and event-driven architecture

  • Enable seamless data exchange across:

o Finance (SAP S/4HANA)

o Procurement (Ariba)

o Identity & Access Management

o Third-party payroll and benefits systems

  • Establish HR master data governance and harmonization strategy

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of SAP experience with strong HRIS architecture focus
  • Proven experience in:

o SAP SuccessFactors implementations (EC required)

o SAP HCM and/or S/4HANA Payroll

o Large-scale global HR transformations

  • Deep knowledge of:

o SAP SuccessFactors suite

o SAP S/4HANA HR (Payroll, Time Management)

o SAP Fiori / UX strategy

o SAP BW / Analytics (HR reporting)

  • Strong integration experience with:

o SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)

o APIs, middleware, and hybrid architectures

Certifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors
  • SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP BTP / Integration
  • TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
