Job description

We are seeking an Enterprise Alpha- enthusiastic in identifying and closing deals with Salesforce and related CRM services. You will drive deals through the acquisition lifecycle - identifying, engaging, and closing logos right from the start. As the tip of our spear, you will be out in front, navigating through enterprises and building relationships with the service leaders and decision-makers. Today, the best deals aren't found in a database; they are identified and captured in the field. This is an ideal role for an agile hunter who thrives on identifying and going after opportunities and excelling in a high-stake business environment.

The Alpha Profile

Self-Sovereign: You work best on your own momentum and don't need a full blown team, or a fixed script. C-Suite Connection: You speak the language of CIOs and CFOs. You don't just sell a service/product; you guide transformation to a new reality for their organization. The Kinetic Closer: You are energized by movement. Your best work happens in person, face-to-face, where you can read the room, find an opportunity and guide the narrative. Uncompromising Execution: You own the deal lifecycle end-to-end. You navigate through procurement and legal hurdles with persistence and perseverance. You would have 6-8 years of proven success track record under your belt.

Core Responsibilities

Origination: Identify and penetrate growth-oriented prospects with non-existent existing footprint. CXO Diplomacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive decision-makers and business unit owners building the trust required. Independent Closing: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations Field Dominance: Maintain an extensive travel schedule to ensure Grazitti is visible at the top decision-making level in the business.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, The Receipts: A documented history of crushing quotas in selling - Salesforce services specifically around Sales cloud, Service cloud, CPQ, Revenue cloud, Experience cloud, Agentforce, Data 360 and Mulesoft. Good to have industry cloud selling experience. High Endurance: The physical and mental stamina for business travels and negotiations. Command: Effective executive presence and the ability to independently close complex contracts.
