  • Implement SSO across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, and internal tools

  • Handle zerotouch provisioning for new device deployments
  • Manage full hardware lifecycle: procurement, imaging, asset tracking, secure offboarding
  • Support warehouse floor devices, including shared workstations and kiosk configurations

Print Infrastructure

  • Rationalize and standardize label printing across all warehouse locations (Zebra ZPL printers, IPaddressed)
  • Evaluate and implement a cloud print routing solution (PrintNode, QZ Tray, or native WMS integration) to eliminate manual PDF print workflows
  • Maintain printer mappings and network print configurations across all sites

Network Infrastructure

  • Administer Ubiquiti UniFi environment across all 5 offices: switches, APs, firewalls, and site VLANs
  • Manage and monitor sitetosite connectivity
  • Maintain VPN and secure remote access
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues across distributed locations

Internal IT Support

  • Serve as primary IT support across all locations for hardware, software, access, and connectivity
  • Support warehouse operations staff as well as office employees
  • Manage software licensing and SaaS tool administration

Security & Compliance

  • Implement endpoint security policies and patch management
  • Monitor access logs and identify anomalies
  • Establish GDPRcompliant data handling for the Amsterdam office
  • Document and maintain security baseline across all sites

Documentation & Process

  • Build and maintain infrastructure documentation from day one
  • Document network architecture, identity policies, and device standards
  • Develop and own the IT runbook for onboarding, offboarding, and incident response, * Understands that warehouse operations IT is different from corporate IT - and knows how to support both
  • Takes full ownership without needing to be told what to do next
  • Communicates clearly with both technical and nontechnical teammates
  • Is energized by a blank canvas, not intimidated by it

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * 4+ years in IT systems administration

  • Handson experience with cloudnative identity platforms: JumpCloud, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or equivalent
  • Experience managing both Windows and macOS endpoints
  • Experience with MDM platforms (Intune, JumpCloud, Jamf, or Kandji)
  • Ubiquiti UniFi networking administration
  • Comfort owning infrastructure independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong documentation discipline, * Multisite IT experience (managing users and devices across geographically distributed offices)
  • Warehouse or operations environment IT support (floor devices, label printers, shared terminals)
  • Zebra printer administration and ZPL label workflows
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 coadministration
  • AWS IAM and cloud infrastructure familiarity
  • GDPR awareness or experience supporting EU office locations
