Job description
You will build and maintain a weekly pipeline of streamers, KOLs, micro-influencers, meme pages, Discord owners, gambling creators, and Miami creator personalities. Recruitment happens across X, Instagram, Telegram, Kick, Twitch, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, and direct outreach. You will keep a live target list with outreach status, audience quality, proposed deal structure, expected cost, and commercial rationale for every prospect, and you will build lasting creator relationships that go beyond transactional campaign deals.
Streamer and KOL Campaigns
You will design and run CPA, rev-share, hybrid, and fixed-fee campaign structures for creators across the Arena brand portfolio, testing and optimising deal types based on performance data. This includes streamer races, content bounties, deposit-code campaigns, creator leaderboards, and affiliate competitions that drive measurable acquisition. Creator budgets are managed with discipline: spend is scaled decisively when performance is proven and held back when it is not. You will track and report on creator performance across FTDs, CPA, NGR, wager volume, and retention contribution per creator and campaign.
Content Engine
You will develop short-form content ideas, clips, memes, hooks, thumbnails, leaderboard drama, winner content, and behind-the-scenes moments that travel organically across platforms. You will coordinate clippers, editors, streamers, and internal social publishing to maintain high-velocity content output across MetaWin, Hit.com, and other Arena brands. You understand why specific formats perform and use data to iterate fast. You will brief and direct content creators clearly, maintaining each brand's voice while giving creators the creative freedom that makes content authentic.
Discord and Community Activations
You will own Arena's Discord presence across relevant brands, building recurring community energy through activations, giveaways, raids, AMAs, competitions, drops, and leaderboard moments. The goal is a community that feels alive and engaged, not a channel for announcements. You will coordinate with support and compliance teams to keep activations controlled and on-brand., You are extremely online, not as a lifestyle but as a professional superpower. You know which creators are rising before they peak. You understand why a clip travels and can reverse-engineer it. You are comfortable in the world of streamers, gambling content, Discord communities, and creator monetisation and you find it genuinely interesting.
You are an operator, not a strategist. You make things happen. You are direct, fast, and accountable. You bring solutions rather than problems and you hold yourself to a commercial standard.
This role is probably not for you if you measure success primarily in impressions or follower growth, prefer structured corporate environments, have only worked in polished agency environments without direct creator relationships, or need detailed sign-off chains before you can start moving.
Requirements
Do you have experience in YouTube?, The essentials are a proven track record in creator marketing, KOL growth, streamer partnerships, or community-led acquisition with results you can speak to in commercial terms. You need to be deeply native across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Discord, Telegram, Kick, Twitch, and YouTube Shorts, understanding each platform's culture and creator ecosystem rather than just its features. You think in FTDs, CPA, NGR, and wager volume, and you track and report on performance with the same rigour you apply to execution.
Strong social copywriting is essential - you know how to write for creators, captions, community posts, and campaign hooks in a way that actually lands. You understand clipping strategy: what makes a moment worth cutting, how to brief a clipper, and how clips travel across platforms. You have direct experience negotiating and managing creator deals from outreach through to delivery and performance review, and you manage budgets with real discipline, scaling spend when performance justifies it and pulling back when it does not. You have a genuine comfort with casino, gambling, affiliate marketing, and creator monetisation culture, a sharp awareness of trends before they peak, and the ability to move fast and turn things around without losing quality. Miami-based presence or genuine commitment to relocate is essential.
On top of that, video editing skills in CapCut or similar, OBS or streaming platform knowledge, a background in crypto casino or sportsbook experience, token or KOL campaign experience in Web3 environments, an existing Miami nightlife or events network, Spanish language ability or a LatAm creator network, experience at a paid-content creator management agency, and familiarity with paid social are all things that would make a strong application stronger.
Benefits & conditions
Arena offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, performance incentives tied directly to creator acquisition and campaign outcomes, and full ownership of the creator and community growth engine across our brand portfolio in one of the most exciting markets in the world. You will be part of a fast-moving, high-trust team based in Miami at the front line of Arena's US expansion, with access to the tools, platforms, and autonomy to build something significant.
