  • Lead change management efforts to drive consistent Jira usage and continuous improvement

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish standards, templates, and governance models for Jira usage across teams

  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience

  • Stay current on Atlassian product updates and identify opportunities to leverage new features

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Jira (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Jira Align)

  • Proven experience rolling out Jira to multiple teams or departments in a large or complex organization

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience training diverse user groups

  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or scaled delivery frameworks

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or enterprise environments
