Job description

  • Troubleshoot desktop and server operating systems, hardware, peripherals, and applications.
  • Install, configure, and support client desktops, laptops, devices, peripherals, and infrastructure components.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by owning and resolving issues from start to finish, both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure they feel supported and confident in the solutions provided.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build relationships and provide top-notch support.
  • High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and client needs.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel to client sites as needed.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application support.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware (desktops, laptops, and peripherals).

Bonus Skills That Make You Stand Out:

  • Advanced expertise with Windows 11 desktop and Windows Server 2019-2025 operating systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (routing, switching, subnetting).
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup, Cove Data Protection, N-Able N-Central, Kaseya VSA, ConnectWise Manage, HPE ProLiant Servers, and Cisco Networking., * High school or equivalent (Required)
