Cyber Tools Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer

Assurit is seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to support cyber counterintelligence tools and objectives. This role will design, develop, and administer Test & Evaluation programs supporting advanced cyber capabilities., * Understand applicable program documentation and requirements related to capability development, logistics support, testing, and acquisition baselines

• Review and comment on Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) parameters and specifications to ensure they are testable and measurable
• Develop and provide briefings recommending operational test strategies and identifying operational events required to reduce program risk
• Develop modifications to Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP)
• Determine Critical Operational Issues (COI), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), Measures of Suitability (MOS), and Measures of Performance (MOP)
• Develop solutions to calibration systems problems to perform data analysis
• Provide engineering leadership and oversight for product testing and analysis

Do you have experience in Test Planning (Quality assurance practices)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Must have and maintain an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

• Keen eye for detail and understanding of testing methodologies and quality control processes
• Experience with Test and Evaluation event development, management, data validation and verification, and reporting
• Experience developing Test Plans, including test use cases and reports
• Specific experience with software testing
• Recent and relevant technical experience in DoD Test and Evaluation activities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time-management skills and commitment to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of recent applicable DoD experience, * Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of recent applicable DoD experience
• Certified T&E Professional (CTEP)
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python)
• Well-rounded experience with multiple operating systems, virtualization technologies, and test environments
• Experience leading technical teams focused on cyber tools or technologies
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
