Job description
We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist with a strong customer service mindset and solid technical foundation to support end users in a corporate environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting IT issues while delivering an excellent user experience., + Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or a similar IT ticketing system

Troubleshoot and support Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications

Assist with user account management in Active Directory, including provisioning, deactivation, and password resets

Diagnose and resolve issues related to wireless connectivity and general networking

Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly within the ticketing system

Communicate effectively with users of varying technical skill levels to ensure timely resolution

Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Requirements
-
2+ years of help desk or technical support experience in a corporate environment

Working knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing platforms

Familiarity with wireless technologies, networking concepts, and Windows OS

Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Active Directory

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
