At Loop, CRM is more than sending campaigns, it's about building customer relationships through thoughtful experiences across every stage of the lifecycle. As a CRM Specialist, you'll help execute and optimize multi-channel initiatives across email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail, on-site experiences, and loyalty programs that drive engagement, retention, and long-term growth.
You'll work closely with E-commerce, Studio, and other stakeholder teams to bring campaigns and automations to life with precision and consistency. From lifecycle flows and campaign launches to retention initiatives and performance testing, your work will directly impact how customers experience the brand., You'll support the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns and lifecycle automations aligned with Loop's commercial and product calendar. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and optimized for performance across channels.
You'll take ownership of day-to-day CRM execution, helping improve customer journeys, retention initiatives, and loyalty communications while maintaining a high level of quality control across all touchpoints. You'll also contribute to testing and optimization efforts, helping identify opportunities to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness over time.
With a fast-paced campaign calendar and growing CRM ecosystem, your ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive will make a meaningful impact.
What you'll do
- Execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, direct mail, and on-site campaigns aligned with the commercial and product calendar
- Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle automations that improve customer engagement and retention
- Support loyalty and repeat purchase initiatives through CRM segmentation and targeted customer communications
- QA campaigns and automations to ensure flawless execution across devices, channels, and customer touchpoints
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and contribute to testing and optimization initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with E-commerce, Studio, and stakeholder teams on campaign planning and execution
- Support customer lifecycle initiatives that strengthen engagement, loyalty, and long-term value
- Help maintain efficient CRM workflows and campaign processes in a fast-scaling environment
You won't
- Launch campaigns without attention to detail or proper QA
- Focus only on execution without understanding the customer impact behind the work
- Work in silos without collaborating across teams and stakeholders
- Miss opportunities to test, learn, and improve performance
Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality assurance?, Experience: 2+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, You combine strong executional skills with a customer-centric mindset. You understand how thoughtful CRM experiences can drive retention, loyalty, and long-term customer value.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once. You communicate clearly, collaborate easily across teams, and thrive in environments where speed and accuracy matter equally.
Most importantly, you care about delivering high-quality customer experiences while continuously improving performance and processes., * 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or email marketing roles
- Experience with Klaviyo strongly preferred
- Familiarity with DTC e-commerce and customer retention strategies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign performance metrics
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple CRM channels including email and SMS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
