IT Project Manager

• Lead and coordinate deliveries across multiple Agile squads
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Implement and follow Product Delivery Management processes
• Identify and remove blockers and risks impacting delivery
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal policies
• Manage the application lifecycle (delivery, integration, cost, resilience)
• Communicate progress and report to stakeholders and steering committees

Do you have experience in SAFe?, * Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including Agile environments

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Proven experience in delivery management and stakeholder management
• Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, etc.)
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance
