Job description

Design, build, and operate the infrastructure that runs our production systems

  • Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end - fast, reliable, and developer-friendly

  • Operate and tune our PostgreSQL databases (backups, replication, performance)

  • Improve observability: logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting that engineers actually use

  • Drive reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our cloud environments

Requirements

Do you have experience in Terraform?, To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who enjoys building reliable infrastructure and wants to actively shape both platform and engineering culture., Several years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering role

  • Strong skills with Linux, networking fundamentals, and at least one major cloud platform

  • Confident hands-on experience with Docker and container-based workflows

  • Solid PostgreSQL operations experience (backups, replication, performance tuning)

  • Confident with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, Pulumi)

  • Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)

  • Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines

  • Pragmatic understanding of monitoring, logging, and incident response

  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style

  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Fly.io, Kubernetes, or comparable deployment platforms

  • Familiarity with the Elixir / Phoenix ecosystem (or curiosity about it)

  • GitHub Actions and pipeline-as-code workflows

  • Security or compliance background

  • Interest in product development beyond ticket-based work

  • Curiosity about machine learning

  • Automotive industry affinity
