Join us as our Service Manager and take full ownership of our service operations in France. In this 360° role, you will lead and develop the Field Service organization while also carrying commercial responsibility, driving revenue growth, and shaping service-related projects. You will work closely with Sales, Spare Parts, Service, and Logistics teams, as well as key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure operational excellence and a best-in-class customer experience. If you thrive at the intersection of leadership, operations and business development, and enjoy building efficient processes while empowering people, this role is for you., * Lead and manage the Service organization, ensuring that Field Service Team, Technical HW Support, and Service Coordinators effectively deliver installations, maintenance, calibration, service contracts, repairs, and spare parts management.

Take full responsibility for service-related revenue, profitability, and growth, identifying opportunities to expand service business in collaboration with Sales, Spare Parts, and Logistics teams.

Own and drive service projects, including hands-on project management during initial phases when required.

Mentor and coach your team, fostering professional growth and expertise.

Ensure the effective planning and optimization of personnel schedules and service requests.

Drive service business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Continuously improve processes, routines, and KPIs.

Collaborate with EMEA Service Managers and EMEA colleagues to enhance customer offerings and communication.

Oversee inventory and facility management to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- Engineering degree (BSc or MSc)
- 3-5 years' experience delivering services to industrial customers, including commercial and revenue responsibility
- 3-5 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in metrology and/or machine tool equipment is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or Service Management systems is advantageous
- Valid B driving license
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
