Key Responsibilities
- Proactively pick up, respond & own incidents and tasks in support queue. ServiceNow knowledge preferable
- Correctly track incidents in a timely and accurate fashion. Working to specific SLAs
- Lenovo PC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Ability to resolve Windows 10 Operating System Errors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including MS Outlook & Teams
- Ability to support Apple iPad and iPhone issues. InTune MDM knowledge preferable.
- Owning IT Workplace Refresh projects
- Computer imaging
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
- Ability to perform accurate network patching
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Jouw profiel
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a Manufactory based organization.
- General End User technology knowledge.
- End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management).
- End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
- ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred.
- Soft skills: Planning and organizing; Attention to details; Problem solving; Analysis; Flexibility; Customer sensitivity: Technical writing skills.
- Excellent English and Dutch Language, Written and Spoken.
