Job description

You will act as the primary link between Nike's internal engineering and business teams and an external development partner, managing milestone-driven delivery within a fixed-price model while ensuring quality, alignment, and timely outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Nike Kitbuilder 2.0, coordinating internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage vendor performance, milestones, quality, and risk within a fixed-price model
  • Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities
  • Oversee timelines, dependencies, and program risks, escalating when needed
  • Coordinate technical integrations, QA, and UAT to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Support Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and progress tracking
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, Do you have a Pre-vocational secondary education?, * 5+ years leading complex digital or software programs as a TPM, Project, or Delivery Manager

  • Proven success managing external vendors and fixed-price, milestone-driven engagements
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum delivery and end-to-end program execution
  • Technical fluency across modern web platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations
  • Confident leader of cross-functional teams, aligning product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions at senior levels
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Experience with SAP ERP, retail or e-commerce platforms, and order management systems
