Job description
We are hiring experienced IT Help Desk / Desktop Support Specialists to support a large, fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on desktop support experience, and the ability to manage a high volume of service tickets across multiple locations., * Provide advanced desktop support (hardware, software, OS issues)
- Perform OS imaging, deployments, and workstation setups
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments
- Support Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, etc.)
- Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems
- Provide remote support via phone, Teams, or remote tools
- Troubleshoot VPN, mobile devices, and connectivity issues
- Support printers, peripherals, and AV equipment
- Maintain inventory and assist with equipment moves
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high ticket volumes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft, HDI)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel between multiple sites
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, * Are you able to work 100% onsite and travel between multiple locations within Montgomery County using your own reliable transportation?
- Do you have at least 3 years of desktop support experience in an enterprise environment (supporting 500+ users)?
- Do you have hands-on experience using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar?
- Do you have experience with Windows 10/11 imaging and Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting)?
- Have you worked in a high-volume help desk environment managing multiple tickets daily or weekly?
