Job description

  • Program & Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex IT initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply

  • chain, and enterprise operations

  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent projects

  • Deliver large-scale system implementations and integrations aligned with business and platform roadmaps

  • Atlassian Suite Implementation & Adoption

  • Lead the rollout and enterprise adoption of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, across engineering, IT, and business teams

  • Design and standardize workflows, issue types, and project structures in Jira to support

  • scalable delivery practices

  • Establish Confluence as a centralized knowledge management platform for

  • documentation, runbooks, and cross-team collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders to migrate legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow or other

  • ticketing/documentation tools) into Jira and Confluence where applicable

  • Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and long-term usage

  • Continuously optimize Atlassian configurations, automations, and integrations to improve efficiency and visibility

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT

  • teams globally

  • Drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment

  • Lead large-scale initiatives involving distributed teams across regions

  • Enterprise Systems & Integrations

  • Oversee integrations across ERP, CRM, PLM, HRIS, identity systems, and DevOps tools

  • Support cloud-based and automation-driven initiatives to improve system scalability and reliability

  • Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish PMO governance frameworks, including OKRs, reporting, and dependency

  • management

  • Provide executive-level visibility into project health, risks, and outcomes

  • Standardize processes to improve delivery predictability and transparency

  • Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead organizational change management efforts tied to new systems and tools, with a strong focus on Atlassian adoption

  • Drive consistent usage of Jira and Confluence across teams through enablement and communication strategies

  • Create training materials, playbooks, and documentation to support onboarding and ongoing usage

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Required

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
  • Hands-on experience implementing and scaling Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in an
  • enterprise environment
  • Proven track record driving tool adoption and process standardization across
  • cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DevOps,
  • identity platforms)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in hardware manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industries
  • Experience migrating from legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to Jira Service
  • Management
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar enterprise
  • platforms
  • Experience with DevOps ecosystems (CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure)
  • Exposure to AI-enabled automation for IT service management or knowledge operations
