Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer

Concordant is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise environment in Cayce, South Carolina. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions that support critical business operations across a complex organization.

This is a long-term opportunity supporting enterprise initiatives, modernization efforts, integrations, automation, and ongoing operational support.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Hybrid remote
• Onsite required for onboarding, periodic meetings, and key project milestones

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, dashboards, and Dataverse solutions
• Customize Dynamics 365 environments to support evolving business requirements
• Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript form scripting, and integrations
• Create and maintain enterprise data models and automation processes
• Integrate Dynamics solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, SQL databases, SharePoint, and third-party systems
• Support data migrations, API development, deployments, and production environments
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Assist with system architecture planning and enterprise modernization efforts
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance best practices are followed
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions

Do you have experience in jQuery?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• 5+ years of experience with Power Apps and workflow automation
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, or related web technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and deploying Dynamics solution packages
• Experience supporting secure or highly regulated environments
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards
• Experience with enterprise integrations and Azure services

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered, * Bachelor's (Required), * Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5 years (Required)
