Job description
- Workflow Automation: Designing and implementing complex automated approval workflows and contract lifecycles.
- Template Management: Creating, configuring, and maintaining contract templates and merging fields/data.
- Integration: Connecting DocuSign CLM with systems like CRM (Salesforce) to enable data flow and create contracts from Salesforce account and Opportunities .
- Administration: Managing user permissions, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Process Optimization: Analyzing current contract processes to identify inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Experience with Document/Notice Generation and Digital / Electronic Signature processes
- Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication inorder to closely collaborate with Client business stakeholder, Product Owners, Product Managers to understand the requirments related to contract management process and transform them into docusign specific technical solution Lead a Team of offshore developers
Your skill & experience-
- Experience: 5+ years in CLM implementation or administration, specifically with DocuSign CLM or SpringCM.
- Design and architect DocuSign CLM solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standard
Technical Knowledge:
- Develop and customize CLM workflows, templates, and configurations to support various contract types, such as sales contracts, procurement agreements, and NDAs.
- Proficiency in workflow design, API integration, and coding/scripting for advanced configurations.
- Customize user interfaces and dashboards within DocuSign CLM to provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience for contract stakeholders.
- Develop custom reports and analytics to track contract performance, compliance, and key metrics.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for DocuSign CLM users, including resolving issues, optimizing configurations, and performing system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, sales, and IT, to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Stay updated with DocuSign CLM product updates, releases, and industry best practices to recommend and implement new features and capabilities.
- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation guidelines for DocuSign CLM configurations and customizations.
- Salesforce Integration: strong knowledge and understanding on how to integrate Docusign with Salesforce
- Tools: Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and process mapping software.
- Contract Understanding: Knowledge of contract types, legal compliance requirements, and negotiation stages
Certification: DocuSign Workflow Development Certification Preferred.
