- Troubleshoot electronics, including televisions, phones, and associated devices
- Providing hardware and software support to Wesley Commons and providing technical assistance to residents, employees, and admin staff.
- Communicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues
- Basic networking needs
- Other job duties as assigned

This is a hands-on position that combines on-site troubleshooting with remote user assistance - perfect for someone with basic networking IT experience and a customer-first attitude!, * Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient with Apple, Android, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems
