Design Engineer

The Design Engineer is responsible for developing 2D/3D designs, drawings, and layouts for vehicle parts and assemblies. This role requires the ability to independently solve complex design challenges while supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Design metal fabricated parts and assemblies using SolidWorks

• Develop full truck models and production documentation
• Manage engineering files using PDM and ERP systems
• Handle multiple projects with varying urgency and complexity
• Collaborate with production to resolve design and manufacturing issues
• Complete Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) as needed
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for parts and assemblies
• Drive process improvements through design optimization

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of mechanical experience
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong SolidWorks proficiency
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, * CNC Leadership: 5 years (Required)
