Job description
This is not a traditional IT support role. We are looking for a builder - someone who can look at how we operate today and redesign it from the ground up using automation, AI, and machine learning. You will work hand-in-hand with our CEO to understand every pain point in the business - from procurement to HR to sales - and systematically eliminate manual work, paper reports, and email-based communication by replacing them with intelligent systems, real-time dashboards, smart notifications, and automated workflows., * Serve as the direct technology partner to the CEO - attend leadership meetings, understand operational goals, and translate them into technology solutions
- Build internal management dashboards and notification systems so the CEO and leadership team receive real-time alerts instead of manual reports and emails
- Proactively identify inefficiencies across all departments and present automation solutions with timelines and ROI
Automation & Workflow Elimination
- Audit all current manual processes across every department - front office, housekeeping, procurement, sales, HR, accounting, and finance
- Design and implement automated workflows that replace manual email chains, spreadsheet reports, and manual reminders with smart notifications and system triggers
- Integrate all hotel software platforms (PMS, POS, accounting, HR, procurement) so they communicate with each other without manual data entry
- Build automated daily/weekly/monthly reporting that delivers itself to the right person at the right time - no human intervention required
AI & Machine Learning Implementation
- Implement AI across hotel operations including revenue management for pricing optimization and demand forecasting, HR for scheduling based on occupancy patterns and automated recruitment, and sales for lead qualification and dynamic pricing
- Build or integrate AI tools that learn from historical data to predict occupancy, labor needs, purchasing cycles, and cash flow
- Create a central AI-powered management platform where all department heads receive intelligent recommendations, not raw data
- Develop machine learning models that improve over time as more data is fed into the system
Systems Integration & Infrastructure
- Connect all hotel software platforms into a unified ecosystem - eliminating siloed data and duplicate entries across systems
- Implement smart notification systems (push, SMS, in-app) to replace manual email reminders across the organization
- Build or configure a central management portal accessible by the CEO and property GMs with live KPIs across all properties
- Ensure data security, system redundancy, and uptime across all platforms
HR, Sales & Procurement Automation
- Automate the full employee lifecycle - job postings, applicant tracking, onboarding documents, payroll inputs, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Build automated purchase order systems, vendor communication workflows, and inventory alerts that eliminate manual procurement processes
- Automate sales pipeline tracking, follow-up reminders, and revenue reporting so the sales team spends time selling, not reporting
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * 5+ years of experience in technology, systems integration, or automation - hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven hands-on experience building or implementing automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or custom-built solutions)
- Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms - whether building custom models or integrating existing AI solutions into business workflows
- Strong understanding of hotel software ecosystems - PMS, POS, channel managers, accounting systems, HR platforms
- Experience integrating multiple software platforms via APIs
- Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical leaders including the CEO
- Self-starter mentality - someone who does not wait to be told what to do next
- Willingness to be hands-on and do the work, not just manage vendors
Preferred:
- Experience with hotel management companies or multi-property hospitality groups
- Familiarity with platforms such as Lightspeed, OPERA, Cloudbeds, M3 Accounting, ADP, or similar hospitality software
- Experience building executive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or similar)
- Background in Python, JavaScript, or SQL for custom automation and data work
- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools
