- Support planning, coordination and tracking of project activities
- Maintain project documentation and structured communication

- Work with project managers, technical teams and stakeholders

Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience or strong interest in project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and structured way of working
- Attention to detail and ability to keep overview
- Clear communication in English
- Interest in software development and project environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Excel is a plus
- High level of integrity and professional discretion
Systems Thinking and Analytical Strength
You understand how tasks, timelines and dependencies connect within a project. You support structure and help maintain clarity across activities.
