Oracle Technical Program Manager

• Lead end-to-end program management for Oracle-based projects and initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business, and external stakeholders
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Drive execution of large-scale Oracle implementations, upgrades, or migrations
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
• Track and report program status, KPIs, and progress to leadership
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies where applicable
• Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards

• Strong experience working with Oracle technologies (ERP, EBS, Oracle Cloud, or related systems)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex technical programs
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, * PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
• Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations
• Prior experience working with global teams
