Job description
- Lead end-to-end program management for Oracle-based projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business, and external stakeholders
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Drive execution of large-scale Oracle implementations, upgrades, or migrations
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Track and report program status, KPIs, and progress to leadership
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies where applicable
- Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project stakeholder communication?, We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Oracle technologies to lead and manage complex programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a remote environment., * 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
- Strong experience working with Oracle technologies (ERP, EBS, Oracle Cloud, or related systems)
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex technical programs
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, * PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
- Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations
- Prior experience working with global teams
