Job description

Are you a visionary engineer who loves seeing a project move from a blank page to a fully operational machine Our Systems Department is looking for a Systems Engineer to lead the charge in building custom automated machinery.

Using a Define-Design-Deliver philosophy, you will bridge the gap between complex mechanical engineering and high-level project management. If you enjoy navigating ambiguity, solving technical puzzles, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact manufacturing solutions, we want to hear from you., * Architect Custom Solutions: Design full system layouts and integrate sophisticated electromechanical components for bespoke industrial automation.

  • Lead the Lifecycle: Take total ownership of projects from initial order booking through to final shipment, ensuring every milestone is met with precision.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Success: Command project teams of mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineers to deliver elite solutions on time and under budget.
  • Collaborate & Negotiate: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, balancing their unique requirements with internal business objectives.
  • Conceptualize & Estimate: Generate innovative concepts and feasibility assessments to help win and scope new project proposals.
  • Technical Authority: Provide expert guidance across all departments and compile comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4-year degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Mathematics.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and integrating complex electromechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and a rock-solid understanding of mechanics, materials, and structures.
  • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
  • Preferred experience in industrial automation (robotics, motion control, or machine programming) and familiarity with GD&T, PDM, and FMEA.
